If you don't receive an invoice within a week or so of sending in your paperwork, please check your spam folder or email Janet Anderson at business_office@kingsschool.info.
For the last few months of school, we would like to handle gym class in the following way. Each high schooler will be added to our "Personal PE Log" Google Classroom if they are not there already. They will login to the weeks of the third and fourth quarters and record how they fulfilled their 100 minutes per week of PE. We encourage WEEKLY updates, so they don't forget their details.
Here are the ways they can fulfill the minutes:
1. We are offering co-ed volleyball last period each day. On girls' gym days the girls who want to play will take precedence over the boys, then we can add in as many boys as possible. Visa Versa on Boys' gym days.
2. Those who prefer a more mellow experience may ask permission to walk laps around the small end parking lot where the seniors' cars are parked. The gym teacher will keep an eye out for good behavior. That privilege could be lost if not respected, or if the students stray out of sight.
3. Students who participate in after-school sports or dance classes may record these activities on their PE log in lieu of gym class.
We will be holding the final study hall of the day in the dining room so that students can more easily join a PE activity.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
